Contortion & Handstand Workouts
There will be two days dedicated fully to experiencing and deepening your contortion and handbalancing practices. This is the opportunity for experts and circus artists to train with some of the best coaches in the world and practice the most advanced handbalancing and contortion tricks. There will also be workshops for all levels, also taught by the same renown coaches, allowing flexibility and movement enthusiast to practice their flexibility safely.
Archery Workshop – Experience the Spirit of the Nomads
Arulad Equestrian Archery Club was established in 2021 in Batnorov soum, Khentii Province, and is one of the first mounted archery clubs in the local area. The club carries the name "Arulad," connected to the lineage of Boorchi, one of the great Nine Generals of Genghis Khan, preserving and promoting the warrior heritage of Mongolian nomadic culture in the modern day.
During this 2-day workshop, you will discover that Mongolian archery is more than just a skill—it is a true art form. You will be introduced to traditional bows and arrows, learn the fundamental techniques of archery, and practice under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Throughout the experience, you will:
